Wrap about 1-2 feet of floss around your index fingers. Pull a 1 inch section taut and work the floss between your teeth. Move the floss in a C shape to get both sides of each tooth and your gums. Repeat for all teeth, moving along to a new 1 inch section each time. Floss your teeth once a day before brushing for best results.
