Product Safety & Sensitive Skin
Discontinue use immediately. In severe or life-threatening reactions, contact your physician or emergency services.
We recommend testing any new product on a small area of skin and waiting 24–48 hours before full use.
Review the ingredient list carefully, then apply a small amount to the inside of your arm. Wait at least 24 hours to check for any reaction before regular use.
Cleure products do not contain plant ingredients that may have known drug interactions. However, individuals who are pregnant or have extremely sensitive skin should consult their physician before changing their skincare routine.

Yes, all Cleure products are salicylate free.
Most plant ingredients contain salicylic acid, except soy, wheat, corn, and oats, which are salicylate free.
Other ingredients to avoid may include camphor, menthol, balsam, pycnogenol, bisabolol, octisalate, homosalate, meradimate, mexoryl, and certain bioflavonoids.
Some products may contain a mild scent, but not synthetic fragrance. Cleure avoids essential oils and plant extracts that may cause irritation or allergic reactions.
Cleure does not use nano-particles in its products. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide used in Cleure sunscreens are non-nano.
The FDA has rated titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as safe and effective broad-spectrum sunscreen ingredients. These minerals have been used for decades in medical, dental, and cosmetic applications.
Plant ingredients may be treated with pesticides and can have side effects or hidden preservatives. Cleure focuses on formulating products with safe, non-irritating ingredients designed for sensitive skin.

For best results, use products within 12 months of opening. Products can be stored for up to 3 years when kept out of direct sunlight.
