Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Cleure purchase. 

You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of ship date. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at customersupport@cleure.com or (888) 883-4276 for replacements or a refund. 

How to Return

Step 1: Package the products you wish to return in the original box/envelope, or any secure packaging of your choosing. 

Step 2: Include in the package either: (1) your original packing slip or (2) a note with your order number and/or full name

Step 3: Mail your items to:

**Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs, but you can select any mail carrier that works for you.

Step 4: Most returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Exclusions

  • Product Packs, bundles, sets, and duos are discounted and are not subject to refund.
  • Trial/Travel size products are non-refundable. 
  • Your returned product can be used, but we will not accept empty bottles.

Disclaimers

  • If you receive a promotional free with purchase product, and then return the order below the purchase limit and keep the free product, you will be charged retail for the free with purchase promotional product.
  • Most of our customers have allergy prone skin or sensitive skin. If you get a reaction to a product, we do not send you a pre-paid shipping label.
  • We highly recommend you order individual products one at a time, or trial/travel size products (if available) first, prior to ordering any product sets or multiples of the same product. Trying one product at a time, will allow you to test it. You may want to check the ingredients with your physician or try our self-patch test, prior to ordering multiples or sets.
  • Products must be returned in good condition in order to be issued a refund. 
  • We only pay for return shipping if we made an error in sending you the wrong product or the product was defective (such as broken on arrival).
  • Products purchased with store credit will be reimbursed as store credit.
  • If you used a promotion code on the order, the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return is processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for our products that were purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or any other reseller. We only accept returns for orders made on www.cleure.com
  • If your original form of payment is expired or no longer valid, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit.

Please pack your return up, and include either the original packing slip or a note with your order number and name. Once we receive your return we will refund your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
