I too get frustrated with the product being sold out, and you can’t get an answer as to when it will be restocked. This product does great on my skin and I will continue to be a customer but if they can’t keep it in stock then I will be forced to seek out another brand.
I have used the Cleure moisturizers for years. They were very helpful in clearing up the eczema I had on my face. However, every time I try to buy any lately, they are "sold out" both here and on Amazon. How can they constantly be out of their own products? I used to order from this site and they would charge a little over $5 to ship it priority mail. It would ship out the same day and I'd receive it within three days. The last few times the products were actually in stock and I was able to order, I was charged over $15 for GROUND shipping and it took forever to be shipped out. Sadly, I am now searching for a new brand as this one is no longer reliable. Too bad. :(
The product does not irritate my skin and it is fragrance free which is necessary for my well being. I do not like the packaging as the ink rubs off over time. Also, I wish the packaging was a tube format so I don't have to dip my fingers in the cream and risk contamination.
This and the night cream were also my favs, but not any more. Have no idea what you have done to your products. This day cream smells like plastic when I put on my face. Not moisturizing at all. Hate the plastic jar with the lettering that rubs off on my hands. In my opinion, as a marketing professional myself, you have ruined this brand. And I just can not use it anymore. Which makes me very sad and in search of replacement products (which is daunting) for what used to be my CAMP safe list brand for probably a decade, with so, so many compliments about my beautiful skin. Quite the feat for a sensitive skin, multiple allergy mature lady.
A light and beautiful face cream that works well under makeup. NO scent is a plus and great for aging skin!
I always like this cream, however, my past few jars have had a weird musty odor to them which differs from their norm. Not sure what this could be, but that is the reason I knocked off a couple of stars.
I have many allergies but Cleure is a wonderful face cream for me. No allergic reaction👍

This is hands down the best face cream I have ever used. It’s keeps my face soft all day, and it soothes and calms my skin. I have trouble with eczema sometimes, and this is the only cream I’ve tried that really helps! Love it.

I'm just allergic to the Disodium EDTA, so I can't use the product.
I love the way the day cream feels on my face. However the cover was loose when I opened the package.
Day Cream is wonderful and I hope that in the future, when the inventory starts to run low, restocking begins immediately. Day Cream is the most wonderful moisturizer for very sensitive skin.

Why is it so small? Haven't used it yet, but why is it such a small container? It doesn't feel like it's worth the $26. It might help me, sure, but even so. Don't know if I'll purchase again... :/ Give me more product, then we're talking.
