I got 5 bottles of the face and body wash. 4 were okay, 1 had a pump top that doesn't work (this has occurred before and I just switch the tops, but seems like they could all work) but more importantly, the first bottle I opened pumped out some black glop before it ran clean. Mold? Contaminants? Pretty gross.

How to Use
Wet face and/or body. Apply a small amount to wet hands and massage over face and neck. Rinse with lukewarm water, and gently pat dry.

Great gentle cleanser
Great versatile wash for face and body. Lathers nicely for a sensitive skin product. Sometimes it’s hard to like other sensitive skin products that don’t lather and get soapy like what you’re used to. This one is great!
This is the only cleanser I use. My face isn’t oily but my face is clean and soft. I would recommend it to anyone.

I wash my hands many times during meal prep everyday and when I use this soap my hands get clean. My skin is not screaming with pain as it would when using store bought liquid hand soap.
I love this product. I’ve been buying it for years. What I have an issue with is your customer service. I bought 4 bottles in Nov. and was charged immediately. After 3 weeks with no tracking update, I emailed. The person responding told me it was out of stock for another 2-3 weeks. At this point I was completely out of my product and had to buy another random one at the grocery store to hold me over. No apology or explanation from the customer service person. Another email from me and two weeks later ( so 5 weeks total plus the week shipping) it finally shipped and took a week to get to me.. of you are having a sale, and do not have your product in stock, let your customers know. I feel like I had to chase down my order twice, which is beyond annoying. Zero apology, just a flat explanation. It honestly makes me not want to order again. Especially after such a flat response from your team.
After my rosacea had been almost totally cleared by a short round of azithromycin, I have used this wash at night, your glycerin bar in the morning, and a very small amount of a prescription topical cream ( 1% ivermectin) once or twice a week. I have had no moderate to major rosacea flare-ups in almost 2 years, and only occasional slight redness which goes away within hours. Thank you for your products.
What a great product! Every other allergen free face wash I've used either doesn't remove oil well enough or leaves behind a residue that also makes me break out. This face wash cleans all the oil off my skin without being drying or irritating. I follow up with jojoba oil, which is what I use as my moisturizer. My skin looks great. Almost no acne! For someone who struggled with face and body acne for 30 years, this is a big deal.

Really good for my highly sensitive skin with allergies to several substances which Skinsafe showed are not in your products. Only frustrations are that you are often out of stock of this product.
I purchased for a face wash and it cleans really well. I've noticed my face feeling uncomfortable and dry. I haven't gotten any soap in my eyes, but they burn after washing my face. No fragrance, great size, but the product is not working for me.

I require this product due to severe allergies. The straw is never cut properly. I first ordered from Amazon and thought that was the issue. Now, direct from the manufacturer, still a hindrance. I have returned numerous items. The straw is too long, so it folds, then clogs, then splits and is unusable. Straws should be trimmed to the length of the bottle, not wrap around the bottom.
This does make my skin feel very clean if a little dry but it really burns my eyes.
It keeps my skin and soft. It has helped my skin issue.

I think this product is excellent. I ordered quite a few for myself and to share with friends. One of the pumps was broken right off and leaked some out. Waiting for pump replacement. Also in a previous order of the bar soap they were packaged poorly and are all chipped and breaking on the edges. Disappointed but still useable. But great products. The liquid wash is very soothing! Love everything from Cleure.
This should not be labeled as a face wash. It burned my eyes so badly I will never but this near my face again. I'll use up the 2 bottles I purchased as a body wash. I hope it doesn't burn sensitive body parts the way it burned my eyes.
