My favorite body lotion, and I've tried more than my share. For those complaining about the pump -- just get out some scissors and trim the little straw -- it works perfectly.

I love the lotion. Sometimes the pump doesn't work.
The pump which we have to customer service a couple of times is still a problem and yet you don’t address the issue! I have cancelled my subscription although the actual product has been beneficial.

I have been looking for a clean, hydrating body lotion that is free from harsh chemicals and fragrance. I love that I can use this for my entire family and feel great about it. I like that it absorbs quickly without a greasy feeling.
Sadly the replacement bottle was sent because original order cap was broken off. The new bottle dispenser is jammed and will not spin to open/pump. Whoever provided this physical product for you should be replaced.
This is a great lotion for dry, itchy skin! I have eczema and it really calmed my skin down in dry winter weather. Highly recommend’

Pump doesn’t work. 3 people tried to open it for use but couldn’t get it to work. If rating THE PRODUCT would give it 5 stars but to difficult to get it out of bottle.

I’ve been using this body lotion for years. I can’t stand the new pump bottles! The old tubes were fine. The new pumps DON’K WORK. They are too long and bend at the bottom, and then you can’t get the rest of the product out once it starts getting low. Please fix the packaging.

I require this product due to severe allergies. The straw is never cut properly. I first ordered from Amazon and thought that was the issue. Now, direct from the manufacturer, still a hindrance. I have returned numerous items. The straw is too long, so it folds, then clogs, then splits and is unusable. Straws should be trimmed to the length of the bottle, not wrap around the bottom. I wish I could use this product without this issue. It wastes a lot of lotion.
Great lotion. No reaction to the ingredients which is a bonus for me. Only negative comment is that I feel it is overpriced for the size bottle.

It has made my skin soft. It was a little hard to open. Once I got it opened I use it several times a day.
All the pumps for this lotion didnt work. The plastic straw part of the pump is too long and folded inside the lotion bottle so nothing comes out when pumping first time. Please fix.
I am older and have dry skin. This lotion is moisturizing but not greasy. Love it!
The only lotion I use. Its so soft and creamy and very absorbent. Leaves skin soft and supple without any residue at all. It feels weightless!

The cream itself is great; the pumps on the bottles don't work. You pay a lot of money for the product and you expect the pump in the bottle to work so you can use the cream itself. How hard is it to make a pump work? I liked the tube better; the cream used to come in a tube before it came in a pump bottle.
This is a luxurious lotion for sensitive skin as mine is. It feels great going on and moisturizes for hours.

Very hard to pump from container!
I have used Cleure products for several years and have been very pleased with them. Because I have very sensitive skin, I am appreciative that the ingredients are carefully chosen. Recently the pump used in the body lotion was changed. I find the new pump to be difficult to use. If possible, I recommend that it be changed back to the original pump.
