I must be ultrasensitive, because this bottle, which was sent free of charge as a replacement, also seems to smell faintly moldy (the same reason the previous bottle had been replaced). It's working fine. I'm just wary from a long road of recent allergy discovery. My ongoing allergic reaction is most likely from another source (a local contaminant I keep being re-exposed to) but it's difficult to determine certainly because some substances that trigger my allergies—Propolis and Cocamidopropyl Betaine—are so common in everyday hygiene products. I don't expect another bottle to be sent to replace this one, but I wanted to give an honest review. I sincerely doubt the conditioner is being contaminated on site, since the bathroom ledge it sits on is not exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes. Relative to other bathrooms, the environment stays fairly dry except in the immediate hour or so following a hot shower. The conditioner bottle is always capped tightly between uses; it does not sit open for more than a moment during application. If there are any theories as to what could be happening, I'd love to hear them, but please don't go out of your way or spend outsize effort investigating. I'm not sure this is even a problem. It's just something I noticed and worried about, so I thought I should let you know. Thanks for doing what you do.

How to Use
Wash hair using Cleure Hypoallergenic shampoo, apply to hair after shampooing, leave in for 2-3 minutes and rinse.

Great for fragrance free hair care
The conditioner makes my hair soft and manageable. I wish it would add a little more moisture to my hair, but overall, its the only conditioner that I can use because of my extremely sensitive skin. Will purchase again.
I have used your conditioner for years but you changed formulas in 2026 and it is no where near as good as the formula from 2024-2025. The addition of Behentrimonium Methosulfate may be what the industry likes now, but it just makes the shower floor slippery and my hair feels awful. Please go back to the last formula 2024-2025. It worked great! DB
I wish to return conditioner. My har is fine and your stuff turned it into hard strands and my scalp was itching like crazy. Please send me a prepaid sticker.
The formula for the conditioner has changed since the last time I used it. Although it still works fine, it's not as good and doesn't leave my hair as soft and bouncy as it did before. It used to leave my hair soft, bouncy, and my curls were nicely defined. I could go 2-3 days without having to wash again and my hair got better each day. Now my hair is just okay, but the softness isn't there and the volume isn't the same...and I have to wash every other day.

The conditioner works do well
Brilliant conditioner. I have very sensitive skin, allergies etc and this is the only shampoo that doesnt make me itch.
My hair and scalp look and feel good, but I find it extremely difficult to get the conditioner out of the bottle. The shampoo is easy, and I like it, but the conditioner requires 2 hands. I take off the cover, squeeze it on to a shelf in the shower, then put cap back on and pick up as much conditioner as I can from the shelf and put in my hair. Yes, I am an older woman.
Everything is great. Where is the face and night cream. Been checking for 2 month?

I am 69 years old and trying to grow out my gray hair. I am tired of the drying and hair falling out after coloring. After one use of the shampoo and conditioner I actually felt moisutre in my hair. I have been using it for two months now and I am extremely pleased. PLEASE do not change any ingredients as they seem to work wonders for my hair.

After being diagnosed with allergic contact dermatitis, I no longer can use most hair conditioners available. The Cleure conditioner is great. I am so happy with how it makes my thin, fly-away hair much more manageable. By far, this is the best conditioner I have ever used.

This conditioner works well, and there are no sensitivity issues. The formulation seems to be sightly different than previously--it feels like more of the product stays in one's hair after rinsing, and that a bit remains even after the next shampooing. The lingering product may be better for styling, especially for curly hair, though I would prefer a more complete rinse during the summer months..

The old formula of your conditioner was excellent. The new formula causes me to have a rash and irritates my scalp and eyes. It is not safe for my allergies on ACDS camp. The previous formula was safe. The old shampoo formula was also excellent and safe of ACDS. However, now your shampoo does not seem to clean properly and leaves a film on the hair.
It's great to have found a fragrance-free, silicone-free conditioner with safe ingredients, that' is very hydrating and offers excellent "slip" for detangling curly hair.
I am highly allergic to salicylates, aloe vera and any other natural trees or flowers containing salicylates. A lot of fragrance-free or "natural" products still contain salicylate elements. The Cleure products without salicylates or aloe vera are perfect for me! As some have mentioned, the conditioner has a slight scent when it is applied but the scent disappears upon rinsing. It has not caused any issues with my allergies.
I’m limited on what products I can use due to my sensitivities. But just wish your product would ‘condition’ more. As continuous use dries my hair out.
Product formula changed so I can’t use anymore. I’m so disappointed as my hair loved the previous formula. If you change the formula back I’ll reorder!

I’ve been using Cleure shampoo and conditioner for over a year now and my skin and hair both love it! Cleure shampoo and conditioner leave my hair clean and not stripped, also conditioned without being too heavy. For reference my hair is considered fine, and my scalp is normal to oily. I also use a heat product if I use my hairdryer. My hairstylist says my hair has never been healthier!

I need fragrance free and previous used brands have been discontinued. So glad I found something that is actually fragrance free (no weird smell) and it doesn't damage or dry out my curly hair! I just bought 2 refills and also purchased the shampoo for me and leave in conditioner for my 6 year old.
Have used the conditioner for many years due to asthma and issues with fragrance. Have changed the ingredients to include jojoba. It now has a scent which affects my asthma and can no longer use the product. I have tried many different products and Cleure was the only one that worked. Please take out the new ingredient that has a scent!

Purchased the conditioner 6 months ago and it was fabulous. Made my hair look beautiful. Purchased again a month ago and they changed the ingredients and now I can’t use it. Makes my hair waxy and horrible. Why did you change a good thing ?
