Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Grace Products Inc (“Cleure”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Cleure include our websites, online applications, mobile applications, email, telephone inquiries, promotions, warranty registrations, newsletters, surveys, forums, sweepstakes/contest entries, and the websites hosted by our service providers and merchant associates (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Cleure Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This Privacy Policy does not cover information that you submit on third party websites, apps, social platforms even if we communicate with you on those sites. For example, if you post something on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter or YouTube, that information is governed by the privacy policies on those Platforms.

What information do we collect?

Cleure may collect personally identifiable information (“Identifiable Information”) that you provide to us, information from your engagement with our Site, advertising and media, and information from third parties who have gained your consent to share it. The information that we collect via one method (e.g., from Cleure.com) may be combined with that collected via another method (e.g., an offline event). We do this to get a more complete view of preferences for our products and services in order to better service you with enhanced customization and better products.   • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, social handle or moniker, credit card information or other information. How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

How do we protect visitor information?

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

Visitors who register or participate in other Site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.

We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

The information about you that we collect, process, and/or use is controlled by Grace Products Inc in the United States of America (USA). Our Site is hosted outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The information you provide is transmitted to the USA, and is stored and processed in the USA. If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right at, at any time, to: 1) to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your Identifiable Information; 2) object to the processing of your Identifiable Information, ask us to restrict processing of your Identifiable Information or request portability of your Identifiable Information; 3) withdraw your consent for any Identifiable Information we have collected or processed with your previous consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your Identifiable Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
