Cleure Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Cleure Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”). Members earn points by purchasing qualifying products and participating in select online activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts or offers on Cleure.com.


I. Membership

Free Membership

  • Membership is free. No purchase is required.

  • To join, create an account at cleure.com.

  • Review our Privacy Policy to see how your information is used.

  • The program is void where prohibited.

Eligibility

To join Cleure Rewards, you must:

  • Have an account on cleure.com

  • Have internet access and a valid mailing address and email address.

Account Rules:

  • One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in point forfeiture and account termination.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

How to Enroll

  • Create an account at cleure.com.

  • Provide your name, email, and password.

  • Signing up subscribes you to our newsletter. You may opt out at any time.

  • After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Updating Your Information

  • Log in at cleure.com to update your personal details.

  • You can also review past orders, manage subscriptions, and view points history.

Canceling Membership

  • Cancel at any time by emailing customersupport@cleure.com from your registered email with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line.

  • Once canceled, points are forfeited and cannot be redeemed.


II. Earning Points

General

  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases at Cleure.com.

  • You must be signed in to earn points.

  • Points are not earned on shipping fees or gift card purchases.

Earning Rate 

  • Members: 1 point per $1 spent

  • Points are based on order subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping.

  • Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Gift Cards

  • Gift card purchases do not earn points.

  • Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed on a qualifying purchase.

Additional Ways to Earn Points

  • Creating a new Cleure Rewards account (accounts created before the program launch are not eligible).

  • Following Cleure on social media.

  • Referring friends who make their first purchase using your referral link.

  • Sharing products on social media (limited frequency).

  • Birthday points (if your birthdate is entered at least 30 days in advance).

  • Participating in bonus point promotions on the site.

Exclusions

  • Points are earned only on qualifying products.

  • No points on shipping, gift cards, returned or canceled orders, or purchases made before joining the program.

  • Free shipping only valid for US orders

 

  • Points are not earned on discounted or adjusted amounts beyond the subtotal.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Points earned from returned or canceled orders are deducted from your account.

  • If using points on an order that is canceled before shipping, points may be reinstated.

  • Once an order ships, redeemed points cannot be returned.

Bonus Point Promotions

  • Cleure may offer bonus points for special purchases or promotions.

  • Bonus points are subject to the specific offer’s terms.

Point Limitations

  • Points earned from purchases using points are applied only to the portion paid in cash.

  • Redeemed points do not earn additional points.

Non-Purchase Points

  • Points may be earned through non-purchase activities, contests, and giveaways.

  • No purchase is required for these opportunities.


III. Redeeming Points

How to Redeem Points

  • Redeem points online at Cleure.com in your rewards hub

  • Points may not be used on gift cards, shipping fees, past purchases, or combined with other discounts.
  • Points are applied through a unique redemption code generated at checkout. Only one code per transaction.

Points Expiration

  • All points expire 360 days after they are added to your account.

Tier Expiration

  • Tiers are based on spend within a 12-month calendar year (January through December).

  • Once you reach a tier, you retain its benefits for the rest of the year.

  • Your Cleure Rewards tier status resets at the start of each calendar year. You’ll need to meet the spending requirement again within the new year to maintain or move up your tier.

IV. General Terms

  • By joining Cleure Rewards, you agree to these Terms.

  • Cleure may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, including point values, redemption policies, or tiers.

  • Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined across accounts.

  • Fraud or abuse may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.

  • Points are valid only on Cleure.com and cannot be earned or redeemed on third-party marketplaces.

  • Cleure employees are not eligible to participate.
