RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind our products at Cleure and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a refund or store credit for products returned within 30 days after your purchase date for orders placed directly with Cleure.  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You can select the carrier that works best for you.

Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

  • If we sent you the wrong product or a damaged product, please contact customer support for help: customersupport@cleure.com or (888) 883-4276. 

  • Multipacks or bundles containing products as a value set, which are sold as a discounted set, are non-refundable.

  • Multiples  of the same product that were ordered and opened, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Contact our customer support for details: customersupport@cleure.com or (888) 883-4276.

  • If your order is lost, incorrect or damaged, we can assist within 90 days from the date of purchase. Contact our customer support team for help: customersupport@cleure.com or (888) 883-4276

  • For exchanges, the store credit will be issued for the returned item and used to purchase the new product.

  •  Promotion codes are considered a discount and the value will not be refunded when you return or exchange is processed. Promotion codes and discounts do not apply to exchanges.

  • We cannot issue a refund or exchange for any gift with purchase. you do not need to return free gifts with purchase along with your other products.

  •  We can only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed directly on Cleure.com. If products were purchased from Amazon, please contact them for return/exchange information.

  • If your original payment method is expired or no longer valid, we can only issue a refund in the form of store credit.

  •  if you received your product as a gift it is eligible for store credit or exchange. Please contact customer support (customersupport@cleure.com or (888) 883-4276) to obtain and confirm order details.

  • If you return a product from a qualifying order that earned reward points from the returned product, the earned points will be deducted from your total point balance.

  • For international orders, we cannot refund duties and taxes as these are collected by the governing country. This includes import fees and tariff fees.
