How to Apply Blush

It can be tricky applying blush. Use it incorrectly and you may end up looking like a clown. These easy-to-follow steps will help you achieve flawless contouring for everyday looks.

Cleure offers a few different types of blush for sensitive skin. Powder blush works well for oily skin, while cream blush is good for normal or dry skin. It's best to choose a shade that gives you a hint of color or highlights your cheeks but won't stick out.

If you are light-complexioned, red may not look nice and could appear overpowering, but it might look fantastic on someone with a brown skin tone. Browns or tans may suit pale or light skin better, while brighter colors are recommended for olive or brown skin. Some makeup artists suggest choosing a shade based on the color that appears when you make a fist for about ten seconds.

Start by getting a quality makeup brush. The stop sign for mineral makeup blush should be determined by placing three fingers along the side of your mouth to the apples. The blush should be no lower than your nostril.

Start by applying your blush lightly just to the apples of your cheeks. You can find your apples by making a fish face. Lightly dust on the blush. If you need more, you can build on it. If you're using a cream, dot the color with your finger or a makeup sponge. Next, blend with a brush, your finger, or a makeup sponge.

Blush should be applied after foundation and concealer. Finish with Cleure Rice Veil, which is the perfect translucent powder to bring warmth to the cheeks and help make your makeup stay put without shine. Find your perfect mineral makeup blush for sensitive skin with Cleure!

Blush is the icing on the cake of your makeup. If you apply too much, it may appear heavy and unattractive; too little, and it's unnoticeable.

Cleure hypoallergenic mineral makeup blushes offer several options, based on your preference. Whether you choose stick blush, loose mineral powder, pressed powder, or cream blush for sensitive skin, your cheeks will naturally glow and look marvelously beautiful.

NOTE: It's recommended you perform a Self Patch Test before trying any new product or consult with your dermatologist or allergist.
