Tips for Beautiful Nails

Your nails need care, just like your complexion. These simple tips will help you have beautiful nails without getting a professional manicure.

  • Clean your nails regularly with a soft brush. Removing dirt, dead skin, and bacteria from underneath your nails is important. Use Cleure Exfoliating Scrub to remove dead cells from your hands and cuticle area.
  • Next moisturize with Cleure Body Lotion or if your hands are very dry or damaged, use Cleure Emu Oil.
  • Don't bite or peel your nails. Not only can this cause damage to your nail bed, but may cause infection such as nail fungus.
  • Use Cleure non-toxic Top/Base Coat to help strengthen and retain the natural moisture of your nails.
  • Use gloves when you're washing dishes, and keep your nails dry.
  • Keep your nails even by gently filing them regularly with a finely textured nail file instead of a rough one. Don't push back your cuticles, which can damage and extend the nail bed.
  • WebMD recommends taking Biotin supplements and limiting professional manicures. They report a study showed regular manicures and pedicures can result in dry, brittle nails.
