A Note From the Cleure Team to Our Valued Customers

To Our Valued Customers,

The health and safety of our happy customers and our Cleure team remains our top priority.

As we continue to keep a close eye on COVID-19, we want to do what we can to help slow its spread by flattening the curve and keep our Cleure customers, team, and local communities safe. That’s why we’re taking precautions based upon the recommendation of the CDC, WHO, and other trusted public health organizations.

The Cleure team will be working from home for a bit. We’re working with our e-commerce & customer service teams to ensure their wellbeing and to make sure any order from www.cleure.com arrives ready for you to continue with your skincare, haircare, oral care, and makeup routines. Please note that in the spirit of social distancing, the Cleure shipping team will be working in smaller shifts, so your package may take a few extra days to arrive. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. To track your package, please visit the USPS website. Additionally, Returns & Exchanges may take longer to process. Please try to minimize returns at the moment, unless they were received damaged as it will take much longer to sort through them while social distancing and working from home.

To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to purchase Cleure products, some products will have a maximum purchase limit of 2 per product, with the exception of our Glycerin Face & Body Soap Bar, which has a maximum limit of 4 per purchase. We're all in this together. We want to make sure those that can only use our products for their allergies and sensitivities can still have them available for purchase. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.

During this unique time of social distancing, we hope you’ll join us in reaching out to friends and family to help keep morale high, to tell them you love them, and to share something awesome that will make them smile.
