Great Tasting Toothpaste without Flavor

Dermatologists report toothpaste flavors containing the mint family, as one of the top allergens that result in inflammation and rash around the outside and inside of the mouth. Cleure is the #1 great tasting flavorless toothpaste. With added dicalcium phosphate and xylitol to help reverse the initial stages of tooth decay and help with dry mouth. Cleure flavorless xylitol toothpaste is also excellent for sensitive teeth. FREE OF SODIUM BENZOATE.

Why Use Flavorless Toothpaste

Cheilitis and perioral dermatitis are a particular kind of rash that appear around the outside of the mouth. Cheilitis is a painful and itchy condition and a form of allergic contact dermatitis. One common cause is flavor found in toothpaste, specially mint, peppermint, and menthol. Other ingredients found in toothpaste that may result in contact dermatitis include the following (Contact Flavor Reactions from Toothpaste):

  • Cinnamon derived flavors.
  • Fennel and anise derived flavorings.
  • Propolis, or bee pollen, which is often used as an antiseptic.
  • Cocamidopropyl betaine, a surfactant.
  • Parabens, used for preservative.
  • Fluoride salts.

Cleure xylitol toothpaste is free of flavor, fluoride, sodium lauryl sulfate, gluten and other potentially harsh ingredients. We do formulate with such ingredients as xylitol, which has been shown to help prevent tooth decay and baking soda, which gently and effectively removes surface stains. Cleure toothpaste also contains dicalcium phosphate, for whiter, brighter teeth, and also as a remineralizing agent all rolled into one. Remineralization is important towards preventing tooth decay. It can stop cavities from spreading deeper into the tooth structure.

Cleure flavorless toothpaste is gentle and safe to use as sensitive teeth toothpaste. Cleure is the best place to find a product that will protect your teeth for the long term. This is the best toothpaste without fluoride and SLS on the market today, and it works great while tasting terrific.

Review original without flavor toothpaste October 8, 2016
Reviewer: Millie Sernovitz from Bonita Springs, FL United States
The "original flavor" does have a funny taste that I am not sure if I like or not.  Don't know if I have ever had a problem with flavor before except perhaps cinnamon which sometimes burns.  May try a different flavor.

What I need to use September 11, 2016
Reviewer: Lauren from Santa Fe, NM United States
I developed chronic dry mouth as part of inflammation I have throughout my body. My tongue as well as the tissues of my mouth burn. Stopped using mouthwash with alcohol.  As allergy season kicked in, I was in so much pain. Nothing   acidic, not fruit, nothing salty, no mint, etc...

My allergist suggested SLS free toothpaste.  All "natural" toothpastes have mint, cinnamon, fruit flavors, herbs that burn. Then I read about the many things in toothpaste that can cause allergic reactions and aggravate an already painful mouth.  Cleure to the rescue.  I still have dry mouth, but I know that when I clean my teeth, I am not putting anything in my mouth that will make things worse.

I do find it too abrasive. I brush with a small amount, then brush again with xylitol gel to finish the job, and to get rid of the odd taste of the sodium bicarbonate.

I am glad I did the long search and found Cleure.  I am relieved that I am no longer doing damage to my mouth by keeping it clean.

Exactly what I needed September 6, 2016
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Brunswick, OH United States
Because of chemotherapy, my lips and tongue have become extremely sensitive to heat, spice, carbonation and mint. Brushing with regular toothpaste burned my mouth. A friend of mine found Cleure online and I thought I would try it. It has been wonderful and exactly what I needed. No more burning.
