- How to Use:
- 1. Remove the tray from the package and align it correctly over your teeth.
- 2. Gently suck on the tray to create suction, so that the tray will adhere to your teeth.
- 3. Detach the external part of the tray from the internal part of the tray, being careful not to pull off both at once.
- 4. Tap gently on the remaining part of the tray to ensure that it is securely attached to your teeth.
- 5. Leave it in place for 30 to 60 minutes.
- 6. Remove the tray from your mouth and cleanse your teeth of excess gel by brushing as necessary.
- 7. Repeat this process for 5 to 10 days until you see the desired results.
