See your dentist regularly, and practice good home oral hygiene by following the instructions below:

1.  Rinse with Cleure Mouthwash.
2.  Floss properly by gently placing it between the teeth and under the gums.  Ask your dentist or hygienist for  
     instructions.
3.  Brush every tooth surface with Cleure Toothpaste: Front, back, top of teeth with circular motion, or as
     directed by your dentist or hygienist.
4.  Brush your gums gently, but thoroughly as well.
