How to Use Rice Veil Natural Finishing Powder:

1. Apply other makeup as instructed, or as needed, such as eye makeup, concealer, foundation or blush.
2. Tap a small amount in the lid of the sifter jar. 
3. Tap off any excess powder.
4. Dust powder across your face.
5. Mineral powder is concentrated, less is better than more.
