Cleure Return Policy



We want you to be happy with your Cleure purchase.

You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.

To exchange an item, you pay for shipping back to us (unless we made an error or product was defective), we pay for shipping the product you'd like to exchange for back to you.



EXCLUSIONS: Product Packs are discounted and are not subject to refund. We highly recommend you order individual products or trial/travel size products first, prior to ordering Product Packs.

Trial/Travel size products are non-refundable.
Gift sets are non-refundable.

Disclaimers:

1. If you return an order that was shipped to you free of charge because of a promotion, you will be charged for the shipping charge, which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
2. If you receive a promotional free with purchase product, and then return the order below the purchase limit and keep the free product, you will be charged retail for the free with purchase promotional product.
3. Most of our customers have allergy prone skin or sensitive skin. If you get a reaction to a product, we do not send you a pre-paid shipping label.
We only pay for return shipping if we made an error in sending you the wrong product or the product was defective (such as broken on arrival).

Please pack the return items carefully. Include any promotional free with purchase products. Please fill out this form, print it, and place in the box or envelope with the items you are returning, and mail to:

NOTE: UPS (United Parcel Service) does not deliver to Post Office boxes. US Postal service does.
